The cozy rooms in this beautiful old building, comfy beds, peaceful surrounds, the most wonderful rooftop breakfast area, little garden and living room/reception. And, a clear low waste ethos. It has been our cocoon and a beautiful place to come ‘home’ to and relax in. Above all though, it is the staff who bring everything alive, humming and easy. “酒店很近舊城區，地點方便，酒店新裝修，和圖片相似，但酒店房有假天花，有老鼠叫，雖然老鼠是不會走到房間裏的，但有少少恐怖。早餐簡單，不過這個價錢算合理，床上面的被單，是有毛粒的那一種，質素比較差。酒店整體還可以，前台和其他工作人員都非常熱心幫助我們，我們語言不通但他們熱心幫我們叫的士，真的很多謝他們，很熱心。”

“Very good location, close to those sightseeing spots such as Horniman Circle, St.Thomas Cathedral, Mombay High Court, University of Mumbai&Tower, Prince of Wales Museum. Manager Arshad is very friendly and helpful with good English but other staff is not at all and even ignore you without respond, they don't speak English either. Breakfast is poor with 1 cup of tea, plain bread(not toasted) with a bit butter on it( already done when serve), a small omelette, that's it. And you have to……
