Spacious, clean, and functional rooms. The staff is helpful, attentive, and courteous. The location is excellent—the area has little traffic, is safe, and is set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet very close to the heart of Mumbai’s historic and traditional Old Town.

Wonderful staff who helped when my elderly father was sick. We stayed in a large family room, watch feels like a mini apartment, ideal for a family of three or four.. This is our second stay here.. The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai.

古びてはいますが、客室はとても清潔で気持ちが良かったです。テレビの音量が下げられず困りましたが、テレビを見に来たわけではありませんので良しとします。シャワーは勢い良くお湯もちゃんと熱いです。窓からは通りの様子がよく見えて、旅情がありました。 ホテルの外観はコロニアル調で素敵ですが、内部の大きな吹き抜けも特徴的で素晴らしいです。スタッフは皆さんとても優しく、英語の下手な私の希望を聞いてくれました。過剰なサービスはせず、良い意味で放っておいてくれますが、こちらがお願いすれば迅速に動いてくれます。このホテルへ泊まりたくなって、またムンバイへ来てしまいそうです。ありがとうございました。

This hotel is an old hotel that could use an update. With that being said it was quite comfortable to stay in. The room was clean and in a great location. The staff was very good and the young lady who was the concierge was exceptional. She helped set up a tour for us when our hired guide did not show.
