“比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。”

“This hotel is a gem. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about it! The cozy rooms in this beautiful old building, comfy beds, peaceful surrounds, the most wonderful rooftop breakfast area, little garden and living room/reception. And, a clear low waste ethos.
It has been our cocoon and a beautiful place to come ‘home’ to and relax in.
Above all though, it is the staff who bring everything alive, humming and easy. The way they interact with us, their pride in their work and, how each person……

“Intercontinental Mumbai is right next to the coast. Great view. It has no spa facilities but offers services in the guest room. There was a 20 min complimentary foot massage for guests. There are two restaurants, both offer excellent Indian and western food. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. ”
