The property is beautiful. Rooms and Amenities are very good. Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is incompetent. It took an eternity to check in and check out. After they took over 30 minutes to check me out and pay for two rooms, they informed my colleague his room was not paid, so now I’m dealing with that.

Great selection of a hotel if you want to have some peaceful walk around the Marine drive. Prime location Rooms are spacious and clean. Dining options in the onsite restaurants are on the expensive side and burn a hole through the pocket, but otherwise enjoyable stay!
