Close to the Cricket

It's unfortunate that the lift was not working, and the hotel is solely on the 3rd floor. The common portion of the building was undergoing repairs and it was dirty, but the hotel proper is very clean with good service. If you are here for the Cricket, Super Convenient!

Bentley Hotel is tucked away on the 3rd floor of an office building on Marine Drive. Across the street you can join the crowd and sit on the cement wall to watch the sun set over the Arabian Sea, then go for a stroll down the boulevard. The rooms in this hotel are small but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They will bring the free breakfast right to your room in the morning. Call 20-30 minutes in advance with your order. The young staff guys will carry your luggage for you before you even have time to ask. Very pleasant stay!

Great location. Service was excellent. The hotel itself is very modern, great decor and mostly clean. Toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly when we arrived which was a bit off putting. The outside of the building is under construction but inside is fantastic. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a great stay, thank you.

I have stayed at this hotel a total of four times over the last six years. It’s location is very convenient fronting on the popular seafront - Marine Drive. The rooms are small but comfortable. Above all the rates are very favourable.

Nice hotel close to Marine Drive

I stayed here for a single night, and it was an amazing experience. Just cross the road and you'll get an amazing view of marine drive. The hotel staff was also helpful.

If you have to stay without food, stay here.

Hotel location is very good, just over Mumbai famous Marine lines​. But this hotel does not offer any facilities. Food is not available in the hotel and no restaurants are available within one kilometre. They bring packaged food, if you order minimum one hour in advance. Rooms are very small. Attached bathrooms are not having ventilation and foul toilet smell fills the room whenever you use the big one. Almost all mobile networks don't work inside the room. Only respite was free WiFi of the hotel. Will never recommend to anyone.

Einfaches Hotel mit geringer Ausstattung

War für einen Kurzurlaub 8 Tage in Mumbai und nur in der Stadt, um möglichst viel vom Stadtleben zu sehen. Hotel mit Strand und Pool oder etwa besonderen Restaurantangebot war nicht von mir gesucht. Das Hotel liegt einfach ideal, wenn man Mumbai zu Fuß erkunden und erleben will. Der Tag lässt sich vorzüglich beenden mit einem Spaziergang am Marine Drive, der direkt vor der Haustür liegt und am Abend von tausenden Leuten besucht wird. Stadtpark und Sportstätten liegen in direkter Nachbarschaft und geben einen guten Einblick in das Alltagsleben. Der Churchgate- Bahnhof ist gleich um die Ecke und vervollständigt die gute Anbindung. Wer nicht den ganzen Tag im Stau stehen will und Mumbai sehen will, der sollte von hier aus starten. Das Hotel ist einfach/günstig/schmucklos, aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr guter Ausgangsplatz für Touren durch Mumbai und ich werde es wieder benutzen, wenn ich wieder dort hin fahre.

Not the best

The staff are really nice and helpful. The room is dirty with stains on the sheets, walls, and towels. The rooms definitely need some TLC. The area is ok. The marine walk is nice and you can walk to all the sites from there. There is not any food, bars, or restaurants close. You have to walk 20 mins. You are not allowed to have anyone in your room. Even though it is your room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Well situated budget hotel

Room had a stinky bathroom as if sewage pipe was thru the bathroom. Staff pretended they've never had this before. Which was a lie Didn't like that.

Two same name hotel buto different locations.

The hotel was not clearly named. Taxi from airport drop us at another Bentley Hotel in calabash where we booked at marine drive. So beware future hosts. No parking availability for dropping and pickup. Nevertheless we had a nice time as restaurants were close by.

Good location ok budget hotel

Taxi had trouble finding the hotel so good idea to ask for airport pick up. The location right by Marine Drive and walking distance from Church gate Station is great. Room ok - small double bed and very small covers so ok if you like sleeping close together. Air con very noisy. Clean enough but don't (really don't) look behind the tv! so, a budget hotel, not for fussy people but good for a night or two.

Very clean room which was made every day. The washroom was shared with another room but was surprisingly convenient to use anyway. A/C was working well (and silently) - was really necessary as it was 36 degrees outside. .
