The staff were very corteous and acknowledged us each time we entered the lobby.Our room was very clean apart from stains on the bed headboard which could be cleaned away with soda crystal solution
The hotel is at the bottom of the Jacob ladder steps up to Kings park which was brilliant for us .The steps are very steep but they bring you up into the beautiful park and magnificent views over Perth. The hotel is about a 25 minute easy walk to the train station
