蘭斯埃爾隆中心酒店住宿推介

「Hotel is under refurbishment, I can smell new paint from our room which was not good. Hotel location is perfect, walking distance to city centre. Receptionists were nice and friendly.」

「everything is good！」

「good」

「This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and I’m sad to say I cant see a 4th now. Started off with the very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist on arrival. Whenever I book, I then request parking, I have limited mobility and walk with a stick. We arrived and as usual, parked in the carpark. Upon check in, we were told to move the car. I explained that I’d requested parking on booking and her response was, “well show me that we agreed otherwise you need to move”. I’ve never had a response and...

「Clean and tidy. Convenient too」

「It was our first time in France and the staff was amazing! The front desk attendant gave us a map and circled all the places we should visit. The room was very clean, it’s in a great location, and it was budget friendly 😉. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Bordeaux.」

「The apartment was clean and tidy but very hot, there were two fans in the bedrooms but they weren’t very effective No lift and very steep spiral stairs to navigate get to the third floor, this would be ok if you had a small suitcase which we didn’t, ours were over 20kg each which made it a struggle to get them up to the room The apartment is in a good location with convenient parking」

「房間乾淨舒適 靠近火車站交通方便 櫃檯人員服務親切 是個值得再次訂房的飯店!!!」

「Everything at the hotel was amazing, from the friendly and helpful staff, to the beautifully appointed room and the excellent location. The cave tour was also fantastic and very educational. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Reims.」

「I really liked the layout; having the toilet and the shower/bathroom in separate rooms was very convenient.」
