「Just returned to the UK from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Hotel was lovely, reception staff very pleasant and helpful. A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel.」

「Use spa , extra 20 euro for sauna and jacuzzi, extra 10 euro for inside swimming pool . But, they were not mentioned in hotels.com. View is beautiful , but bathrooms is very old , bathtub is looks dirty .」

「The room provided : bidet was loose and ready to tip over, bath tub used as shower leaked into bathroom and then onto room. Hotel relocated us for last two days. Be careful.」

「Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The reception and bell staff were helpful and the manager provided attentive service. The restaurant staff other than one waiter were absolutley terrrible. The breakfast was very nice but other meals are fairly limited. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa.」
