Great service and staffing. The only thing that needs upgrade is the A/C system. Wide selection of breakfast, can last you till dinner:):). Fantastic dinner especially including all drinks. Strongly recommend to include breakfast and dinner in your booking.

Perfect mini vacation

Perfect holiday with the family. The best choice, clean rooms, helpful staff, food for all tastes, delicious desserts, it's like heaven...I definitely left with extra pounds after a 4-day stay. The children were very happy because they have the park nearby and the big beach is very easy to walk...only 5 minutes walk. We can't wait to come back.

perfect Holiday for a big family

I loved every single day , the staff were very kind , the service was impeccable, the food ...OMG we all loved the food so much !!! This was all a really unforgettable experience for our family. We stayed there for 6 days and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the surroundings as the park was very close , the games that they played which were organized by the hotel staff and also the walks to the sea. Perfect choice for our holiday. Thank you to the lovely girls from the reception and also to the manager. All the best from UK

Comment dire : pas terrible ! Déception déjà a l'arrivée. Peu d'informations et aucun sourire a l'accueil. Nous en avons fait des hôtels 4 étoiles et là ca ne les merite pas. Nous avons réservé apparemment "une chambre économique" ,chose que nous ne connaissions pas et nous avons compris pourquoi. En gros, chambre mal agencee, et quelle surprise lorsque nous voyons notre lit en 140x190 ! Nous n'avons pas vu ça depuis très longtemps. on a demandé à changer mais apparemment c'était impossible car complet donc nos 2 nuits ont ete très difficile ! Voici les points négatifs : CHAMBRE : - lit 140x190, matelas un peu raide - acces sdb difficile (il faut pas etre gros) - Vis a vis avec la fenêtre de la sdb (super lors de la douche !) - Pas de bouilloire - Tv en panne (demandé 2 fois en 12h pour que quelqu'un vienne) - climatisation très bruyante EXTÉRIEUR : - Alors là, n'espérais pas etre tranquille a la piscine. Clientèle particulière (des femmes voilees toutes habillees dans la piscine, c'est pertubateur sans parler des colonies de vacances donc impossible de se baigner ou même se reposer) - piscine petite, fontaine inutile CHECK OUT : Un peu trop tot 10h (la queue a l'ascenseur et acceuil) Points positifs : RESTAURANT : nickel en tout cas pour le petit déjeuné PARKING 15€ : mais nous avons trouvé de la place en extérieur ANIMATION : sympa EMPLACEMENT : tres bien situé. Proche centre ville et tous commerce. Parcontre 20mn de la mer a pied On ne reviendra pas cest sûr...

Groot maar netjes hotel met zwembad.

Het is ons 3e verblijf in dit hotel. Alles naar wens. Deze keer hadden we een kleine kamer maar er was een balkon dus niet echt een probleem. Alles is heel netjes. Aangezien het een groot hotel is, is de eetzaal niet echt gezellig maar er is een heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Wij gaan er zeker nog terug!
