Crazily even with an empty flight all passengers were crammed at the back of the plane and if it wasn't through inquiring a lot on the flight pre boarding we would have been stuck at the back .... even if we asked to be moved at check in desk once we found out the flight was quite empty! Hard to understand! seems recently we got more responses that things are not possible than any wish to help and make the client happy. What a pity fro an airline that used to live to please.
