「The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom...

「Always nice to have a pool you can end the evening in. While there are a few walkable restaurants in the area (aside from the hotel restaurant), there are really good eateries within a 5-8 minute drive as well. Nice to have continental breakfast included, which means I can go grab a fresh cup of coffee while the family sleeps in. The hotel is pet friendly but you may need to walk or drive into the surrounding neighbourhoods to find good walking spaces. That's what we did.」

「This is a beautiful modern hotel with exceptionally well-designed rooms. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was light and spacious. The lobby has a pool table and space to gather and work. My room overlooked the river, which was pretty, except for the incredible amount of spiders and webs in between the floor-to-ceiling double-paned glass (not in the room).
