“Close to Elora downtown. ”

“Room did not smelled good It was dirty, not everywhere, when they were smudges of something in the bathroom, on the walls and on the night stand The TV was old (not possible to connect your device) Doors really hard to open”

“Room wasn't prepared for the guest. No towels. no toiletry stuff. Had to call front desk and the staff taking time for ever to deliver it. Mgmt needs to fix this.”

“The place has derilict cars in the parking lot, cots stored in the hallways, and the carpets are musty. Sadly very run down. We cancelled our reservation. The owners agreed to a 50% cancellation fee but have since gone silent. Stay away.”

“The home is easy to find and happily situated. Check-in was well planned by the staff and very easy for us. Our room & bath was just as described. Very quiet and safe home and neighborhood. The homemade breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh food and drink to start the day. The staff was very friendly and kind to us. We would (and have already) highly recommended the home to anyone visiting the area.”

“Friendly and professional staff. Nicely maintained grounds - grass cut, floral arrangements. Clean room, welcome note. Security measures in effect. This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend”

“Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.”

“Stayed there with the family on the way to African Lion Safari. Good hotel, needs some work in the rooms but for $120 a night you can’t complain. Hot tub and pool area were great and next door is a good place to grab dinner. You can walk to get there! Beds were pretty hard but overall good place to crash for a night. Breakfast was just ok, typical continental.”

“Grounds were beautiful and rooms Were clean and well maintained. Pool staff was excellent but pool could have been cleaner. Wilkes Bar was disappointing…. Don’t really accommodate hotel guests for walk ins and could not even make reservations for the next night but they seem to always have availability in the dining room and room service. Wilkes atmosphere was stiff non personable … giving orders to staff in front of guests and Correcting minor staff errors in front of guests. Made it feel……
