7.4/10 Good! (437 reviews)
Room is not being cleaned, roaches walking on the floor. Room is a prison cell without windows and a toilet that has a shower above it in case you like to take a shower while going to the toilet. Absoluut worst place have been in my life! And this is Singapore for god sake, unbelievable that this place exists

Location was perfect. Everyone was helpful and one particular lady at the front desk (Richelle) was very accommodating and helpful. Would choose Carlton again.
