“While the property itself is nice, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay due to unexpected charges and poor customer service.Despite the high rates, breakfast was not included, and I was charged an unreasonable $70 fee after using a towel dried up to broken spilled cup. Additionally, the night front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating when guests attempted to use the patio in the evening.
Due to these hidden fees and poor service, I will not be returning”

“Good location with a lot of restaurants and shops. Wished they had paperwork in English so it’s easier to fill out at check in. No water pressure at all so we felt like we couldn’t use shampoo or soap because we wouldn’t be able to rinse it off. Walls are extremely thin. You can hear every car passing by and conversations on the street.”
