「Although it’s quite a drive up on the steep hill ( watch out with bigger cars) and the entrance to the apartment is a bit challenging, once you are inside the view is so impressive that this is immediately forgotten. Also the apartment is spotless and I veru much appreciated that all basics were present - no need to go shopping immediately for toilet paper/oil-vinegar e.g - and the nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for is in the fridge!」

「Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...

「We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly.」
