Description: nice apartment with a comfortable private outdoor courtyard on the ground floor of a small building in the center of Cesenatico.

Entrance to living room with dining table, armchair and new kitchenette equipped with washing machine - bedroom with double bed and two single beds (one pull-out) - full bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the sleeping area and a comfortable private and fenced outdoor courtyard.

Apartment in a strategic position, convenient to all services!
