I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the lobby made a fantastic impression — it is beautiful, elegant, and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, certainly the highlight of the property and out stay. The property location was really great, as it was close to the parking making it easy to bring our bags from the car to the hotel. It was also very walkable to the center of town, shops, restaurants, etc. The rooms were dated and the beds a bit uncomfortable, but fine for the price and location. We were only there for one night so it was perfectly fine and we selected the property primarily for location. Again the staff was incredible.

Absolutely fantastic location and view from the hotel. Kind staff and a beautiful city to explore. However, the hotel did not feel like a 5 star experience. The bar was closed all days, the terrace bar and restaurant was also closed. You needed to pay and book sauna and jacuzzi separately. We had a squeaky sound from the bathroom that kept us awake most of the night. The staff was helpful in finding a new room but we were not offered any discount, or similar which I would expect from a hotel with a 5 star rating

FALSE ADVERTISING! The Delux double room is shown as a much grander and larger room than what we were given. The hotel website on Expedia likely uses a grand suite picture for their deluxe double room. As such, we did not get what we booked. Unfortunate because it’s just a bad way to sell a room.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Der rustikale Flair verleiht eine ganz besondere Stimmung. Man wartet jeden Moment darauf, dass ein Ritter oder Burgfräulein das Zimmer betritt.
