“My friend and I really like the Property! We truly enjoyed the room, breakfast, heated pool, view and surrounding.... We stayed two nights in different rooms, upstairs and garden room, Bother are wonderful. The owner and staffs are super nice and helpful! I would like to come back again! Thank you”

“The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not……

“The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival. Fortunately, the host had good restaurant suggestions. The hotel advertise a pool and a jacuzzi, they have both but the pool was VERY cold (normal in April) and the jacuzzi was not inviting (bee nest, Luke warm, in the shade...). Concerning the breakfast, note that it is not a buffet, a box get delivered to your room. You……

“La Piccola Locanda is not a hotel, they don’t have a front desk. The owner sends an email before check in date explaining this “Albergo diffuso accomodation concept” meaning they can place you anywhere, the check in time are only from 11:00 - 2:45 and 6 -11:00 pm. The owner left me the keys on top of a barell, the entrance to the building was like a storage, no elevator, I dragged my suitcase 5 stair flights, and I was alone in the whole building, very scary! I ended up staying somewhereelse!”

“Parking was confusing but I’m directionally challenged. Receptionist was awesome—gave recommendations, great overview of things to see and do, explained what was special about the view from my room window, and was willing to help me carry my luggage upstairs. Bathroom was pristine and the hotel is so cozy like a proper bed and breakfast.”
