overall is nice. enjoyable swimming with nice resort view, nice dining place with different seats setting and high quality food. only that the location is not at market area with limited shuttle service, unluckily thr room with a bit smell. 酒店環境很好得整潔，泳池很美很方便很乾淨，酒店職員很有禮貌。酒店內有哥爾夫球車接駁，到海灘很快捷；亦有專車到華欣市中心三個景點。酒店內有多間餐廳選擇，而且好吃。酒店附近有一間便利店，非常方便。有送我生日蛋糕。

這次入住的是villa的房型,客房空間非常足夠, 還有一個小客廳,客廳可以直接走到陽台,陽台前就是泳池 客房的衛浴是乾濕分離式的,villa的房型還享有LOUNGE的服務,能享有下午茶,飯店地理位置離市區略遠,車程約莫20分鐘,但因飯店設備充足在飯店待上一天也很放鬆

Beautiful and pleasant resort
The resort is located a little far from the main tourist area, but it gives the calmness to the resort. The resort is very clean and quiet with various facilities. The room is nicely decorated and is very relaxing. Would be good if u have a car during the stay, otherwise will need to grab a car for every travel.

KEI SHING

AVAIN的酒店絕對是五星級的酒店, 無論位置,環境,服務的質數! 當然海邊環境是十分合適情侶!
這次旅程分別住了兩種客房: 第一種 豪華客房 (AVANI Jazcuzzi) 每層有十間客房 只有一間有按摩池的房間! 這客房在三樓最右邊的位置(缺點每次也要行走三層樓梯,雖然有電梯),有自己的超大露台(前面是泳池,右手邊可以看到一點海邊),可以一邊用按摩池同時感受到自然風,附近也沒有人和建築物,十分放鬆! 房間內的空間十分大,有一個SOFA AREA, 同時打開兩個行理箱也沒有問題! 第二種 套房, 可使用泳池 (AVANI) 這客房在地下,打開玻璃門就可以直接跳下泳池,十分方便,房間內空間就比較細小一點!但優點是在泳池邊有一個自己房間的小陽台! 可以坐在SOFA上吹自然風! 不想外出的旅客可以跳下泳池或晒太陽, 完全可以不出外就過了一整天 兩種房的洗手間都一樣大小.中間有布簾,如果情侶間想增添氣氛,可以打開,直接看到床舖和房間各位置! 如果是香港的旅客,在床頭已經供有三腳插的插頭, 不用轉插已經可以使用! 酒店整潔度: 無論是房間地板至床舖毛巾都十分整潔, 有一種特別的香味,令我們一直都有放鬆的感覺! 第一天我們洗手間有氣味的問題,經反映後他們十分緊張和清潔兩次, 也說如果不滿意可以跟我們換新的房間! 令我們十分放心! 服務質素:酒店內無論大堂員工/維修清潔人員也十分親切,懂英語! 由大堂CHECK IN 後有酒店車送到房間地方十分之大! 付合五星級酒店的水準, 特別的是酒店也有華人的員工可以用普通話溝通,另外可以租借單車去海邊的沙灘,當然也可以叫酒店的車直接送到海邊,大約5分鐘路程! 別外專車來回接送到夜市,每程十分便宜! 當然還有SPA ,我試了一種叫DEEP IMPACT 的SPA 是用手掙去按摩全身! 還有數十款其他的SPA可以選擇! 酒店內的早餐(7-10AM)十分豐富, 只是麵包都有數十款, 咖啡機,鮮果汁應有盡有! 可以慢慢食完早餐再回房間休息再出發去其他地方! 食物款式由泰式到西式粉麵都有準備! 還有即場泰底湯河,煎蛋是現場立即制作! 十分美味! *有一樣特別的服務是酒店每一天下午/晚上都有員工送上特別的零食給每位客人, 例如芝麻餅乾, 朱古力的香蕉乾!(這些零食在外面BIG C 都是沒有得買)所以是很特別的體驗, 水果有橙/蘋果! 酒店設施: 酒店內泳池已經有兩個, 一個比較開陽, 另一個是在BAR的後面 ,左右都有大量沙灘CHAIR可以晒太陽,放鬆! 提供毛巾, 附近有大量植物 但竟然沒有蚊和其他虫! 這是十分驚喜的地方! 別外有一個健身房,有跑步機,啞令,單車機等等, 直接面對泳池境 可以一邊運動一邊看泳池放鬆! 當然還有兒童的水池, 無論情侶至小家庭和小朋友都可以一起玩耍!還有就是酒店內有一個大約6千尺的MEETING ROOM/宴會廳 入住其間有一家當地公司在進行TEAM BUILDING, 看起來員工都十分開心放鬆,晚上還看到會有即場燒烤的海鮮! 別外如果是星期六入住的話可以 到海邊 加晚餐的燒烤BUFFET, 看起來環境跟食物都不錯,雖然我是平日,星期一至星期五,剛好不能試! 酒店位置: 由曼谷坐車到酒店大約一個半小時,位於七岩地區, 自己覺得是在一個中間點, 無論去VANA 水上樂園, HAU HIN 夜市, 小希臘, 小瑞士都是大約30分鐘車程,不算太遠! 而門口行走5分鐘左右有一間7-11 算比較大, 可以買到零食,飲料! 對面馬路還有一間十分地道的泰式餐廳, 可以嘗試到不同的感受! 但如果是自己CALL車的話要比較有耐性！

If you wany a quiet resort, this is a good pick. However, too quiet even no staff around to clean up towel at swimming pool. Also, very far away to city and not easy to order taxi. Hotel can manage rental car but is very expensive. Buffet breakfast not much choice and taste average, but room service food is good.

Generally fantastic
The stay is fantastic. With golf cars to take you to all around the hotel from your villa. Nice staff. But there is some problem with the hot water supply in the shower and bath tub. The water becomes cold when you just start bathing for a few minutes.

泳池大，尚算舒適
入住的是pool access suite room. 房間大小還可以，但水壓較慢。雖然是叫pool access room但還是需要走幾步才到泳池。 酒店餐廳食物一般。酒店每日有幾班來往夜市的shuttle van, 每人每程60泰幣。 走路5分鐘會到達FN outlet. Housekeeping 每天打掃房間都開著房門打掃，因此房間有蚊，房間亦設有蚊香。 酒店範圍大，多草木，每日都見到有蜥蜴走來走去，有點害怕。 整體體驗還OK.

門口的警衛人很好，櫃台人員服務很普通，房間空間普通沒有很大，位置離市區很遠附近沒什麼吃的，建議有租機車或自駕比較方便，沙灘很髒小孩無法玩沙，還好有兒童泳池可以玩的很開心，兒童遊戲室沒有照片看來的好玩，適合二歲左右或以下的小孩，早餐也很普通，整體來說很普通.....

千萬別吃這飯店的自助餐!!
我們一家老少到飯店,提供一堆訂房的的證件後居然告知找不到訂房訊息!花了至少半個小時才找到資料!飯店的餐廳海鮮品質低落!費用高(自助餐每人約NTD1300),菜色少!味道差!食物凌亂!食物補充慢!音樂聲大到受不了!音響很糟糕!是我在五星級酒店海邊用餐的噩夢!

住了两个房型
酒店很大，酒店自己的海边有专车接送，但是往泳池的房型实在有点小，有大行李的估计会很不便，酒店离FN商城大概1公里，游乐场10公里，夜市10公里。优点是酒店内设施应有尽有，缺点是比较偏僻出去各种景点的交通非常昂贵与不便。我很喜欢他的泳池，但可惜的是酒店没有海滩。

We are pleased to learn that you have had an enjoyable stay with us even though this season the tide is very hide cause the beach is not available for customer to enjoy walking on the beach. AVANI is not directly in the downtown however we have the shuttle bus available for customer to travelling to explore the city.
