Good resort, will visit again.
本人係第一次到訪華欣， 網上看到許多關於這間酒店的好評就嘗試一下。 房間與相片完全符合，乾淨整潔， 採光非常充足。 整個酒店就正正在沙灘旁邊， 亦都有沙灘椅對住海灘可以曬太陽。 服務人員態度非常友善， 用英語溝通亦完全沒有問題。 酒店的位置距離華欣市中心大概 15分鐘車程， 位置係較入， 寧靜嘅度假村所以位置稍稍有啲偏僻， 出入市中心建議都係call grab。

Everyone at the hotel was so nice and friendly. Especially, the front desk who contacted the local Thai car company for me and helped me get the laptop that I accidently left in the taxi back.

The best hotel experience of my life
Stunned at the first sight of view, the eye catching heart-shaped tree and the wide opened sky and sea with chilling villas. The indoor decor of the villa is great and i dreamed of hving my own villa like this in the future. Some might say there is nothing to do inside the resort (indeed), but i came here to relax, sitting in front of the view make you not notice time passes. The dinner surprised me with quality while we thought a outlying resort will scam you with low quality meal for money, but in devasom thats not the case. Though its not cheap, but the tenderloin and other cuisines worth the price it costed. The sunrise is directly in the middle of the view, so if you are interested you should get up and enjoy the moment. Breakfast is great and benedict is provided here! It’s a pity that we only stayed for one night, will come back again!

The environment is good, the design of room and the pool is the same as the picture, the breakfast buffet is nice. However, the air-conditioner was having water leakage problem in the mid-night, and the floor is all wet including our cloths and luggage. We called the staff for help, and they offer no help except come to take a look and leave...no room change and no compensation....

房間設計好靚好舒服，泳池雖然細啲不過浸下曬下太陽都正。早餐好味。call的士出市區十分鐘都好，都還好。唯一問題係佢雖然對出就係沙灘，但沙質差，水質直頭係惡劣，唔好有期望。

Highly recommended
We love the place. The view was great. The service was awesome and the staff were all friendly and kind. There were not many choices of the breakfast buffet, but the food was delicious and clean. It was a wonderful experience and I definitely want to come back and stay longer.

很舒服的度假村，可惜浴缸是壞的
小巧精緻的度假村，非常棒的三天兩夜，早餐很好吃，人又不多，可以慢慢享用。床很舒服，裝潢很英式，但可惜浴缸是壞的，一接水就漏光，根本不能泡澡，打掃方面有些疏忽，地上有不少上一旅客留下的頭髮，地板是白的所以特別明顯，我們自己打掃乾淨了。staff基本上服務都不錯，有位櫃臺女staff講話冷漠且超快，請她再重複即可。

Great hotel with vintage and unique decorations. Super views with private beach and stunning seaside pools. Mini hotel not like big and commercial one, you can enjoy tranquillity here indulging in your own vacation world. Room service was great, they even helped to arrange an extra bed on our request, thank you!

我住的房型是sea view villa 飯店裝潢風格是走鄉村風,很適合拍照 房間少,相對比較安靜, 服務人員很親切, 知道我老婆生日還準備一個小生日蛋糕^^ 房間走出去就是游泳池和沙灘,讓人有放鬆度假的感覺! 小缺點是早餐的選擇性少,我房間浴缸以及洗臉盆堵塞,不過工作人員馬上就修好了 還有距離華新市區稍遠,雖有接駁車但車次少,搭計程車大約要200-250泰銖

地方離華欣夜市約20分鐘內車程，每次都要call車，不然沒有車進出，環境十分舒適！ 環境偏大自然，晚上有小昆蟲，一定要鎖上窗 熱水比較不穩定，時冷時熱，浴缸第一日不能去水要請求協助比較麻煩 沒有升降機但工作人員會十分細心地協助搬運行李 總括而言想渡假的話是不錯選擇

是個很美特別的飯店
大致整體而言都很美，除了加床的部分，有點不舒服和普通以外，早餐也很好吃。 住了兩晚，第一晚浴缸的部分有些問題，向飯店反應過後馬上就來維修了。 員工服務很好! 無線網路比較慢，建議用本身手機的4G會比較穩。

The photos did not lie
The hotel is truly beautiful. Every little detail of the decorations excited me. Everywhere's exceptionally clean without dust (except the sunbed on our beach villa's balcony, someone even left a bag of rubbish on it). You can smell its unique lovely scent wherever you go once you entered the hotel. Breakfast was nice with a great variety. Location was a little bit remote with construction sites around but acceptable. The fake beachfront was rather disappointing. No sand, no entry to the water... Staff wasn't very helpful. We arrived at the hotel very early at around 8 am. We understand it was not a usual check in time but the staff told us to sit down and wait so we did... after quite some time I asked if the room was ready and then he began to tell me that we could only check in at 1:30pm... Also I had to ask him for everything, otherwise he just wouldn't talk. I thought he was the only weird staff but the other ones were also very quiet, in the sense that they weren't able to answer many questions, like the out and about. We've been to Thailand multiple times and resort staff we came across were often cheerful friendly and welcoming with good English. May be the style of this hotel was just different?

絕美的設計、放鬆的氛圍、友善且樂於助人的服務人員，適合想要找一間安靜的渡假飯店好好放鬆，且想在飯店內渡過大部份時間的旅客。但如果你喜歡到鬧區，這裡的位置離市區較遠。不過這對我來說完全不是問題，非常願意再次造訪！

幽雅寧靜的好飯店!
是一間既優雅又令人感到溫馨的飯店。當天大約12點多就到飯店了，飯店人員馬上為我們安排入住，使我們提早check in。迎賓飲料是一杯淡紫色又好喝的飲料，十分特別。房內的裝潢與整潔，處處感受到飯店的用心。
