交通不便利，服務人員英文程度不好
房間很大很舒適，但地點位置很不好，出入很不方便，到華欣市區更不方便。服務人員的英文程度不佳，問個游泳池的開放時間，竟是回答三樓游泳池的出入口在施工，要游泳要從一樓繞過去一樓的游泳池，但問題是整個酒店沒有地方施工啊～

Super Pools. Frühstück klasse. Das italienische Restaurant hervorragend. Einzig negativ: kein vernünftiger Strand (Betonstufen ins Meer) und der nächste 7/11 ziemlich weit entfernt.

Het hotel zelf is prachtig, alleen het staat op de verkeerde plek. Het staat in the middle of nowhere. Wil je rust en niks ondernemen. Dan moet je hier zijn. 2 kilometer lopen voor een winkeltje. Cha am zélf is weinig tot niks beleven Wij zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken naar Hua Hin. Past beter bij ons

Super tolles Hotel. Etwas abgelegen. Aber wer es nicht scheut ein Abendspaziergang zu machen, ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel ist top in Schuss mit einer Poolanlage, die ihres Gleichen sucht. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Nicht zu beanstanden.

Beautiful pools
The good ; the pools were great and very clean probably the major drawcard for this hotel.The Staff were very pleasant.The breakfast is good .All bathroom and toilet facilities were clean and tidy.Compliments to the grounds keepers the plants were very pleasant . The not so good ; pigeon poo ; the room was 3 star old but clean and only had a tiny balcony with only one chair disappointing when payed for sea view .

It should be nice like its look.
I booked this hotel for my vacation and also to join an event at cha am beach. This hotel looks nice outside as well as pictures on website. The service at lobby is good and our first thought was to come back to this hotel again. However, the rests about this hotel are disappointed. With this price, other hotel's facilities and cleanliness are much better. Blanket is also full of dust. I felt so itchy and kept coughing. This is so terrible. Another terrible thing is the color of the water in the bathroom. When we turned it on, the color is brown like rusty in the water pipe. The staff told us that it is because not many people had used hot water and so the pipe is rusty. REALLY??? The staff who had visited our room told us to keep open the water until the color is clear. After 30 minutes, the color is still light brown. The only solution is that we have to wash our face with drinking water. Last one, the service during breakfast is also terrible. waitress should be trained again. We waited for long time for our table to be cleaned. Our table was cleaned after they finished cleaning another smaller table which has no one waiting for it. The quality of the food is not good as well.

A hotel for large group
The hotel exterior and also lobby are quite outdated. However, inside the room is renovated. Even though the color doesn't match with my style, but overall room and price are considered as good. The room is clean. The bed is a bit too hard though.

Mooi hotel aan het strand.
Mooi hotel aan het strand, je moet wel een straat oversteken. Maar de bewaking helpt je bij het oversteken. Mooie schone kamers maar kies wel een kamer met zeezicht anders kijk je op een bouwplaats. Prachtige zwembaden met genoeg ligbedden.Wij waren er in low season wat betekent dat er wel erg weinig gasten waren.

Very few directions or advice about hotel facilties and even in the lift no indication on what floor the swimming pool or restaraunts where on nor in the room. Nice hotel but lacking in customer service tends to large amount of Chinese groups which is obviuosly there core buisness. Would I stay again, probably not unless customer service is improved and information to hand.

เข้าพักที่นี่มาสามครั้งแล้ว และคงจะมีครั้งต่อๆไปอีก ไม่ว่าจะด้วยไม่ไกลจากกรุงเทพ ที่พักอยู่ริมทะเล ร้านอาหารอร่อยๆไม่ไกลจากที่พัก มีกิจกรรมให้ทำได้ไม่เบือ ทั้งว่ายน้ำ ตีปิงปอง เล่นฟิตเนส ในตอนกลางวัน โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องขับรถฝ่าแดดร้อนไปเที่ยวที่อื่น ในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล จึงเป็นโรงแรมประจำของครอบครัวไปแล้ว

In Cha-am habe ich 2 Tage verbracht - und das war um 2 Tage zu viel. Außer dem Hotel gab es nichts Interessantes. Die Ortschaft vernachlässigt, nach dem Sonnenuntergang konnte man gar nicht spazieren gehen - überall waren wilde, obdachlose, aggressive und bellende Hunde. Der Stand war weder hübsch, noch sauber. Im Meer - Quallen. Cha-am war die größte Enttäuschung in Thailand. Der nächste 7eleven-Laden ist ca. 1 km entfernt, sinnvolle Restaurants - 2 km. Zum Abend habe ich im Hotel nicht gegessen.

Hotellet var flot og rent, men kun plads til en stol på balkonen. Hotellet lå for langt væk til restauranter mv. Og swimmingpoolen var for kold. Restauranterne på hotellet var fine men dobbelt så dyre, som andre steder. En drink ved poolen kostede over 50 dkr. Hvilket synes lidt meget i Thailand. Stranden kunne man ikke rigtig bade ved. Store sten og store bølger. Hotellet kunne vinde meget ved at lave arrangementer med grillaften mv. Faciliteterne har de jo. Og så står der at der dansk talende personale. Hm. Men et fint hotel med høj rengøringsstandard.

Poor Service and Health Hazard from Pigeon Pooped
we booked this hotel based on the review we read from various websites. Normally we use novotel which is near by but we decided to give this one a try and it was very disappointed. 1. there are 3 pools in this property, 2 of them were lots of pigeon droppings. ( water from top pools water fall down to below pool) 2. mattress OMG.......like sleeping on the floor, no softness. 3. Smell moldy, dirty couches. 4. water were yellow in 2 rooms we booked 5. no beach bed as shown in photos, you need to cross a road to the beach but there wasn't beach when we were there due to high tide. 6. Kids area was closed. 7. We requested 2 extras towels for our 9 months baby to used in the bath and wrap her up after came back from the beach that we didn't know there wasn't due to high tide and it became a big deal for them. front desk respond back with rudeness saying they only gave 2 towels per room, you can only exchange it. I explained to them that we need it for our baby. front desk later sent maid to gave us towels but the maid still repeating the same word. I told them to charge for using extra towels but just give us that. it ridiculous for hotel for not giving customers the towels there requested!! I have no idea why asking for towels became this much of a deal. One thing that we asked were just towels, nothing more. compared to what we paid VS service we received and how dirty and hazardous this hotel is, the price we paid were just too much.
