「Not the best hotel but the location / the service was decent . 」

「All ok apart from long way to beach and no good taxi services but staff are lovely as most of Thai people are 」

「Property is on the beach (not really bath able water) and has a nice pool… it supposed to be pet friendly and they charge a very hefty premium for that but then they complained about you brining the dog to the restaurant of the hotel (where am I supposed to eat)? Overall it’s ok but you can find more friendly and much cheaper options in the area.. honestly both worthy.. they won’t help you to have a relaxing time there!」

「We didn't get the room we booked, bed are uncomfortable with two singles pulled together with a gap in the middle. 」

「Room was clean but cleaners tried to get in after the room had already been cleaned. Great balcony to sit out on. Quiet. Pool was being "renovated " with no idea of completion date.」

「Security guys isn’t professional, it’s not polite and behaving attitude , doesn’t know how to take care guests before to check in. It’s very important before Guests & All visitors driving to property! A terrible experience before to check in ! I don’t want to come back again!!! Again very poor security guard this property!!!」

「The hotel is quiet and the staff is welcoming and attentive.」

It is very bad hotel in the countryside. No traveler ,no shopping place .I have taken the taxi to the hotel .It is very different form the pictures on the app .They don’t give back my money but I still don’t want to live in the countryside.please don’t choose the hotel .it is very bad choice for me during this trip !」
