The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. In the room, the shower floor's angle meant water leaked……

“Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia… When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia. It was a beautiful water front room and the manager was pleasant.”

“Friendly helpful staff and easy on site parking. On site restaurant not open at this time of year but alternative restaurants a short drive away. Breakfast was very good on day one but only continental breakfast served on days 2 & 3 as not many guests staying. ”

“An old hotel that needs many modifications, but at a great location by the sea (small beach) The best advantage of this hotel is the very kind staff, ready to help you at any time. But the rooms are not good: the worst bathroom i have ever seen, torn wallpapers, old bed and unfortunately not very clean. Needs many things in order to be restored Lot's of food, but average quality amd low variety. Bottom line: not a very good value for money. ”

“Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einer 4-Sterne-Kategorie – höchstens 2 Sterne wären angemessen. Das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben, steht in keinem Verhältnis zur gebotenen Qualität und zum Zustand, den wir vorgefunden haben. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, mit Staub überall; sogar an den Wänden gab es Flecken. Die Möbel waren alt und lieblos zusammengestellt, ohne jede Spur von Pflege. Im Badezimmer waren die Armaturen verrostet und voller Kalk, sodass man sich davor ekelte, sie zu benutzen. In……
