「You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」

「Property was beautiful. Our room was clean, and they came daily to take out trash and make our bed. Would definitely stay again. We loved walking down to the Turks Waive Cafe for breakfast daily. 「I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. 」

「Gorgeous property in a nature preserve at the north west part of the island. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant on site had great food. The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and had everything you need for a perfect vacation! Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. We will certainly come back! 」

「María is a great hostess, she welcomes you very nicely. She makes you feel good and part of her family. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. If you love kiteboarding l definitely recommend you to stay there because that is their passion.」
