"We stayed at the house for a week with a group of 9 friends. The house itself was great! We were kindly welcomed by Jean Pierre who gave us some great tips on what to do in the area. The ruins of Donzy are nice to visit, and the hilly region is beautiful to walk through. Otherwise there is little to do for tourists in Panissières itself, it's just a regular French village. Luckily there are large cities (Lyon and Saint-Etienne) within a one hour drive. The same goes for the Beaujolais wine...

"Very nice place and quiet location. The locals are very nice and helpful, eating out is only 15 minutes in Neulise at the Flandre the owner Herve is super friendly"

"We had a fantastic stay here in the house and used the pool a lot! A great halfway point between Calais and Nice if driving down. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. When we stayed the temperature was over 30 degs outside but it did not feel too warm inside which was helpful. The property has a huge garden with swings and a play house which was fun for the kids to use. "Villa avec piscine intérieure qui ne manque pas de potentiel mais au vu des frais demandés pour le séjour ainsi que les frais de ménage on aurait put s'attendre à un habitat propre et sein et des équipements fonctionnels (spa hs, TV, etc). La partie basse du logement n'est pas seine avec des mansardes qui cache la misère, ça sent la moisissure a plein nez et cela est bien pire par temps humide.
