Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
It is 22 square meters, has a terrace and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities!
It comprises :

- a dining area (with table and chairs) ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness, its large balcony and unobstructed view of Chamonix mountains.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Two coffee machines (one Senseo and one filter), etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Chamonix is a famous ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic town center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
