"Disappointing stay at this property given the previous reviews. No clear check-in instructions were received, my message to the property prior to arrival was not responded to then, when we did access the property, at first glance, it looked presentable. However, curtains were not hung very well, the toilet seat was broken, toilet roll holder was loose, there were no plugs for the sinks, and the shower was dirty.
