「What an amazing place and the staff were fantastic. Limited options for food in the evening but we used uber eats and used the dining room which was perfect. 14 euro in an uber to Epernay and the champagne houses, a 35 minute walk to Ay centre. A very enjoyable few nights away.」

「Great hotel!」

「Fantastic hotel in Aÿ. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was incredible and more like an appartment than a hotel room. Breakfast was tasty and made a perfect start of the day. The hotel had private parking inside which is a luxury. We stayey for two nights and spend one day in Epernay. Would love to come back to this charmy hotel in Aÿ. Highly recommended when visiting Champagne district.」

「Ayant deux jours de taf dans le coin, moi qui habite en région parisienne, j'ai réservé une chambre et commencé à voir à quelle heure je pourrais arriver. J'avertis l'hôtel de mes horaires atypiques, ils mettent en œuvre une solution. Mes horaires changent, je recontacte l'hôtel, ils me reconfirment une nouvelle solution, la veille. Puis mes horaires rechangent pendant ma journée de travail avec le risque que ça s'éternise. On me répond que dans tous les cas il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil...
