Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside.

Outstanding In Every Way

Simply loved every aspect of this property. From the assistance provided arranging activities; to the lovely welcome upon our arrival; to the spa, the pool and the restaurant. Every wonderful aspect of this property is surpassed only by the sweeping views of the Marne Valley. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

From the moment we arrived at Le Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, everything felt effortless and perfectly curated. The reception team was warm, attentive, and handled check-in with a level of ease that set the tone for the entire stay. The concierge service was exceptional, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in elevating our experience beyond expectations. Our Garden Suite was simply stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, and opening onto serene views that made every moment feel peaceful and private. Dining was a highlight. The restaurant delivered not only outstanding cuisine but also impeccable service. A special mention to our waiter, whose champagne recommendations were absolutely perfect, thoughtful, refined, and tailored to our taste, making the experience even more memorable. A place where every detail is mastered with elegance. Truly unforgettable.

Perfecte locatie om volledig tot rust te komen

Het hotel is in 3 jaar tijd volledig herbouwd en wij hadden de eer om de eerste gasten in het hotel te zijn. Compleet onverwacht stond het complete management ons op te wachten voor het begroeten van hun eerste gast. De eerste dag was iedereen nog wat onwennig, maar dat veranderde snel. Ongelofelijk dat vanaf de eerste dag al het personeel zo goed ingewerkt was en alles perfect liet verlopen. Het uitzicht is niet te beschrijven, de rust perfect en de bediening van al het personeel overweldigend! We kijken nu al uit naar ons volgende verblijf, want terug gaan doen we zeker!
