The space
We hope you enjoy this updated two bedroom & two bath condo located on the second floor (1.5 flights to enter). The entryway includes storage for winter gear and a ski cubby. You will find comfortable furniture and a smart TV in the living room with an open flow into the dining room. The large dining table is perfect for group dinners or family game nights! The fully equipped kitchen includes a variety of kitchen utensils to prepare a meal- with a breakfast bar for additional seating.
The first bedroom has a California king bed with an en suite bath and private balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen and bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a closet, TV, and dressers with comfortable linens and towels.
A private balcony with outdoor seating and access to the community pool offers an outdoor oasis. *The pool is currently closed for winter.
Guests are NOT permitted to use the fireplace. Sorry this is an HOA policy.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire condo via keypad entry. There is a shared entryway to your private living space, with ample parking directly in front of the building.
Other things to note
Free shuttle to and from Seven Springs Resort, with a stop right outside of the building! The entrance to the resort is a quick 2 minute drive from the condo, with 4-5 minute total to the parking lot.
Guests have free access to the Mountain Villas community pool & children's swing set. The pool is open from Memorial day weekend thru Labor Day weekend.
Though the condo building is made of concrete which helps reduce noise, you may occasionally hear neighbors.
