"Bars open close to early the lazy river was full of leaves the pool area was not clean "

"The kitchen and living areas are larger than they appear in photos. There was plenty of room for 3 or 4 people to prepare food. The spa was hot and much appreciated after 11 or 12 hours in the Disney / Universal parks. The kids loved the pool. We also enjoyed the club house, lazy river and water slide. This was a perfect place to stay for our family vacation."

"Property was fantastic. However there are several things that need to be added to make it more accommodating for guests. There was not extra toilet paper, we had to reach out to find some. There was no laundry detergent, had to buy it. There were zero hand towels for batheooms and there were only two kitchen hand towels. Everything was very nice they just need to stock things a little bit better. "

"Conveniently located and nice enough but communication with the owners was very poor. I had to request the check in information and as someone who uses a lot of rentals I’ve never experienced that There was a delay with the cleaning crew where they were still cleaning 1 hour after our check in time, something I would normally be completely understanding of but the owners again did not communicate with me until I reached out The garbage can was packed and had not been serviced for atleast 1 week if not 2 While the property was perfectly serviceable it shows significant indications of unrelated wear and the beds were basically boards with strip of foam Fine for the money and the location but with significant draw backs "

"The house was amazing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to have a fabulous week. The amenities kept everyone busy, pool and hot tub were a great temperature, the arcade gave hours of fun and the climbing play room was such a fun addition. We also loved the being able to use the community amenities as well. The house was clean, the beds were so comfy and the host was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We look forward to coming back again and totally recommend staying here. "
