"Wow, these homes are large! There is ample space for large groups. Not only are the shared living spaces jumbo, including the largest dining room table I've ever seen, each individual bedroom is massive. We had our annual company outing in the homes and it couldn't have been a better venue. Each bedroom having its OWN separate bathroom was a huge bonus as well. The process of getting pool passes for the main pool at Encore and a key to access the gym/tennis court was seamless. We had a blast at the main pool and pool bar, which is only a 5-minute walk from the homes. I read conflicting reviews on the pool heat, but I'm very glad we decided to pay to heat the pool and hot tub! It was the perfect temperature. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone that has a large group!"

"Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices."

"Everything was absolutely perfect and we had the greatest time. Our first family vacation and we exceeded our own expectations. The only complaint was the left over beer caps in the bark mulch we kept finding from guests before us. But I would definitely recommend!"

"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty. Multiple ceiling stains found throughout the house. Found what we hope was chocolate on one of the remotes since we found chocolate wrappers in one of the top dresser drawers. Next time will make sure we are dealing with Encore direct."

"Wonderful and highly responsive owner. Everything worked. Few annoying things. No key provided the main pool so you have to wait at the gate until someone lets you in. House is a bit outside of main Reunion so no access when gates are closed. You'll have to go to the main road and enter at main entrance. Not that big of a deal just tough during rush hour when road is backed up. Garage was a nice perk but no opener so you have to enter the house to open the door. With that said it is wonderful value for the money, clean, safe and quiet."
