"1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could not connect to Disney App at all. "

"The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve.
