"The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view."

"The cows and their bells when they are around are a dream. The big balcony is top, not only for eating but also for exercising with the yoga math. "We had a room with lake view and I would recommend paying the extra and booking one as it was a great view. We stayed when the fête du lac fireworks were on and attended the special meal put on by the hotel where we had good food and an excellent view of the fireworks.A real highlight of our holiday. We paid for the hotel parking as Annecy was so busy at this time but there are 2 public car parks very close if you are staying at quieter times. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that as we used the on site bakery which was fantastic. Would highly recommend you try it.All the staff are very friendly and polite. I would recommend the hotel."

"Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Olga, who patiently answered all of my questions. The complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch. The electric drying rack in the room was especially convenient when traveling with a child. Thoughtful amenities and excellent service—we’d happily stay here again!"

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."
