“Mattress was too soft and very uncomfortable, pillows are too thick, numerous power outages (a few seconds each, but there were about 20), AC had issues and had to be fixed, wifi stopped working for many hours, there was no hot water in shower. Location is convenient for airport but there are also better options nearby.”

“Long story short, avoid this place until further notice. The room was extremely dirty, stains and spots on the floor everywhere, ketchup on the table, dust, and stains all over the sink and mirror, hair on the sheets, a piece of metal laying next to the sink. Personnel is not rude but doesn't speak good English, overcharge for taxi, ask personal questions, send a clerk to clean in front of me instead of changing me to a cleaner room right away. The hotel seems relatively new, but super poorly……

“Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned.
The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room……

“Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel.
During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained.
We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early.
No apology, no……
