“The property was homely and staff friendly, but facilities a bit basic. They are not geared up for international travellers. Support for booking safaris was well meaning but ineffective; the manager had a poor attitude and they could not accept international credit cards for payments. Would not recommend overall.”

“An absolutely exceptional stay with my family @ Red Earth. The room was large, well kept and unique. The outdoor elements in the washroom, the sundeck, private plungepool were all super surprises. Food was like home, low on spice and high on flavour. Served buffet style with ample options. The safari drives were spectacular. On our three game drives, we saw all the three largest predators - Tigers, Leopards and Wild dogs. Bird watchers will find this a paradise. David and his wife who manage the……

“Just a few teething problems I guess but the AC vent in the room is directly on your face so u can’t sleep and a lot of light fluctuations in the night when we were there so couldn’t sleep from 4-6 am . And every time the light goes and comes back the tv switches on automatically so that needs to b fixed !! Rest all good, hospitality and restaurant staff and service was excellent!”
