不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
They didn't know what Expedia was so had no idea of my reservation. When I re-booked with them (they had spare rooms) they didn't know how to process foreign credit cards. A manager finally sorted it but didn't seem bothered about terrible arrival process that took 30 minutes to check in.
Room had stains, bin in bathroom had some smelly liquid in it.
Windows don't seal properly, so you hear the road.
Not good.
