We are here to provide each of our guest with our best possible services, I have noticed from your feedback that you experienced some problems and I would like to take the opportunity to apologize for the shortcomings you had mention, not providing the desired service level expectation is not the Gloria way and certainly not our way either, I will have the issue in regards to your comment of the guest service issue corrected. As for the carpet issue, I will certainly address this issue with our PA Manager, it is not up to our standard and we will have to take corrective action.
