The location was great. Right on the beach and lots of places for coffee, food and drinks. Not far from the subway either.
For one person the place was spacious to say the least. For a larger group the layout was also really good and the kitchen suitable for fixing meals (not that I cooked for myself).
Without a little Korean I think the checking would have been difficult. The sign saying I need to go to the 2nd floor in a different building was only in Korean.
While for a weekend stay washer and dryer are not needed but the listing indicated guest could use the ones in the apartment. But the signs on the washing and dryer suggested that was not the case.
There is a lot of minor repairs that should be made and given the price was surprised to see how poorly maintained parts of the apartment were. Nothing necessary but aesthetically was a bad look.
If not for that I would highly recommend the location.
