Authentic Burgundian mansion of the early 19th century steeped in history (old forge), restored in the rules of the art, on a historic estate of 5000m² nestled in the countryside on the southern hillside exposed and on the edge of meadows, within a 'a splendid unspoiled setting of nature and greenery. In the hollow of a magnificent landscaped setting of hilly bocage, literally enchanting. Superb landscapes & panorama. Quiet residential hamlet adjoining the charming typical village of Tourny (11th century Romanesque church referenced to visit on site) nestled in the heart of the Arconce valley. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Noble dimensions and volumes. Complete quality equipment. The warm cachet of an opulent bourgeois country house (stylish furniture & decor) combined with a careful heritage renovation (original terracotta tiles, fireplaces, French ceilings, lintels, etc.). A lot of charm and character. Cocooning and very cozy. Large panoramic terrace exposed. Large, well-kept garden, open to the surrounding countryside, with a beautiful swimming pool (8x4m), a pleasant orchard and a play area (swing). Schöne Tage in Burgund - Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Das Haus, Garten und der Pool sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. So als wenn die Eigentümer selbst öfter hier Urlaub machten.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch den Nachbarn war sehr freundlich. Im Online Inserat müsste der Hinweis, dass es zwei Gites zu vermieten gibt und dass der Pool gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, deutlicher sein.
