Great place to stay if you have a late arrival into Chania airport - it's about a 10 minute taxi ride away from the airport and has 24 hour reception. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very welcome. There's also a really nice pool area although we didn't use it as we needed to get on our way. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints. The room was spotless. By no means a luxury hotel. But a very nice, clean, and functional room with a very friendly staff. Location was also important. We had an early flight and it was great being 5 min from the airport and not having to fight the traffic getting out of Chania.

nothing The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff came and adjusted it, but it still was hot in the room all night. The blackout curtain next to the bed would not go down, se we were up with the sun. In the morning we found the clothes in the suitcase were wet. The A/C is above the TV, which is above platform for the suitcase. The A/C had dripped condensate into the suitcase. I complained at check out. I was told that the guest who stayed there the night before had misadjusted the A/C. They thought it was fixed, but it was not. I asked for an adjustment and was told that since I had booked with Expedia they could do nothing. Also, the breakfast is pretty weak. Stale, store bought pastries.

Wonderful stay at Areti Suites.

We arrived in the early hours after a much delayed flight to a very warm & cheerful welcome! Our room was lovely with a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast was tasty. We certainly would love to return here!

The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). We tried to change the dates but no rooms were available, then we tried to just cancel one room (we got three) and they were firm. It also felt like they were trying to get us to cancel without a refund that they could resell the rooms. When we got there (we had a late flight, so we still checked in for the original days to shower, etc). The receptionist was nice.

Stayed for a one night stay before moving on to a villa. Arrived late and was greeted by a lovely lady, was able to get a lovely fresh cooked pizza. Room was clean and had everything we needed, breakfast was great.
