Amazing stay at Eden Beach, we will definitely return! We loved our room (try booking sea view, it’s Stunning) - rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette that has everything if you choose to prep a meal. The beach is white soft sand and right next to the hotel with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas, and you can order food and drinks - the service at the beach was superb! There is also tons of good restaurants nearby and food was absolutely delicious! Special thanks to Niko and Yannis and their team - they went above and beyond our expectations and made our stay extra special - always positive, always available and super helpful with everything we needed! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Eden Beach Hotel. Nicos who runs the place is amazing. Super helpful had great suggestions for restaurant and day trips given we had kids that were six and eight years old. Each suggestion he gave was fantastic! He even let us pick a pomegranate off his property! My kids favourite place was to play just in front on the beach although we spent our days visiting the more fancier beaches on the island. Each night, we would take a walk along the beach – perfect!

Lovely stay! Helpful and friendly staff. Great pool and cafe area. Right on the beautiful sandy beach and beside lots of tavernas and shops. Not noisy. Rooms are a little basic but the AC and the balcony in the 2 bed apartment were great. If there was a way to lock the balcony doors in the kids bedroom that would have put my anxious mind at ease. All in all brilliant stay. Would return.

This is a lovely Hotel apartment complex right on the beach, close to the restaurants and several supermarkets nearby. The rooms are lovely and kept very clean. The owners are very helpful and will always supply any additional items if you are missing anything. Sunbeds are now 10 Euros for 2 incl umbrella but this is standard across the resort. Bar service to your sunbed on the beach is included. The beach is great and there is a shallow decent into the sea so great for small children. All in all a fabulous place to stay and easy to get to Chania on the bus only 20 minutes away for 2 euros 20 per person.

*Add photos of the balcony, room, and living area. Traveling from USA. We got the queen size bed standard room.* HOSPITALITY: Our flight to Crete flew in at 5am. I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis anywhere we needed. LOCATION: It is in a very beautiful part of the island that we spent most of the time around the hotel and we were happy with that. It is in a very convenient location with plenty of stores and restaurants just across the street. ROOM: Clean and Spacious! Comfortable pillows. A/C was great. No complaints. Highly recommend!!
