Nice space for a short or long term stay. I stayed in Frida Apartments for about 5 days. Facilities were nice, parking on site, had everything I needed. Only small issue was that the large burner on the stovetop in my room was not functional, I forgot to mention this to staff, however I am certain they would have dealt with it if I had.

Petit déjeuner excellent, très copieux et à volonté, salé comme sucré. L hôtel se situe à 30 min à pied du port de la canee. Parfaitement au calme avec une superbe vue, l endroit est idéal pour ceux qui aiment marcher un petit peu.

Très beau établissement, une très belle surprise, 2 belles piscines en surplomb de la mer et au calme. Dés hébergements de bon niveau. Un restaurent avec une très belle vue sur La Canee. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement (demander d’être sur les appartement en hauteur)

great place to stay

Had a great time staying at Frida, all staff were great and made us really welcome. Would like to send an extra big thank you to Angeliki who was great in the bar and restaurant, Roula is also good fun at reception. The accommodation is a good size has two pools and a welcoming restaurant. It is on a small incline which was a little challenging in the heat, but once at the top the views were fabulous for the sea and the city. It is also close to several beaches only 5minutes away...It is a 30 minute walk to the city, but if you follow the beach you can call in at chora which has a nice beach & many tavernas. there is a local bus service to the city & other towns near by which is very cheap & frequent... I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun stay on the outskirts of Chania... We look forward to returning in the future... Keep up the good work... our stay was great... PS: also treated me to a lovely cake on my Birthday... much Love from Rob & Tony

This apartment complex is nothing but amazing! Calm and relaxing surroundings with an amazing view, a large amount of sunbeds, and two amazing outdoor pools. The bar and restaurant is good as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. With only 5-10 minutes to the nearest beach and supermarket, you can spend your whole vacation on site! Additional, it’s less than a 30 minutes walk to the city center and more amazing beaches. Me and my 2 friends only had to use taxi twice: from the airport on arrival, and back to to the airport at departure. We already miss this summer paradise. Will definitely come back to stay at Frida’s apartments next time we go to Crete! Nothing bad to say about this place.

Great hotel with excellent service

This was out second visit to the lovely Frida hotel. The superior apartments are spacious and clean. Location is excellent, with walking distance (30 min) to Old town, but away from all the hassle. I would especially give praise to hotel restaurant which we visited few times during our stay! We had some lunches by the pool, and dinners at the restaurant. The chef had made the best pastitsio of my life! Also boureki at other night was super delicious. I can truly recommend hotel Frida, and did already book my following stay there!

A l'exception du wifi qui n'arrivait que sur le pas de la porte de la chambre, tout était parfait. Un personnel souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Piscines, cocktails, restaurant, petits dej... Tout était bien 😊 Bus pour la Canée ou la plage (21) à 5 min et une supérette à côté de l'arrêt de bus. Belle plage à 25 min à pied vers l'ouest (yannis beach). La plage en bas de l'hôtel (10 min) permet de voir le coucher de soleil en se restaurant au bord de l'eau.

Hôtel sympa avec un très bon resto

Hôtel sympa d’un très bon rapport qualité/ prix avec 2 piscines. Bien situé à 5 minutes en voiture de la ville et avec une superbe vue sur la mer. On a mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel une de nos meilleures salades grecques de notre séjour en Crète. Chambre familiale un peu vétuste pas de clim dans le salon où dormait nos enfants, douche très petite et wifi pas très performant.

Näissäkin olosuhteissa hieno majoituskokemus. Kaikki tarpeellinen poikkeusoloihin oli huomioitu. Mukava allasalue ja sijaitsee sopivan kaukana Hanian keskustasta (kävellen vanhaan kaupunkiin rantabulevardia pitkin 20-25 min) ja isosta tiestä, että saa nukkua rauhassa.

Ideal location. Beautiful views and countryside feel with easy walk into town and to beach, plus bus stop 5 minutes down the road. To walk to beach go left out of property and along path across scrub land,go past Casa Cook, just around rocky headland is lovely sandy beach with clear sea. Apartments offer clean basic accommodation in nice complex with two pools and very helpful staff.

My stay was wonderful - the best three nights of my ten day trip. I was welcomed, special requests met, and the staff were great at checking that everything was in order. The pools, bar, and Breakfast were super.
