We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the balcony offered a breathtaking beach view. We especially loved the delicious, freshly prepared breakfast and the unbeatable central location. The staff was consistently warm and welcoming, and the airport transfer organized by the hotel worked seamlessly. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful. They helped me get a taxi to the airport and answered all my questions. The location of the hotel is excellent. The beach is right there, and the hotel is about a 20-minute pleasant walk to the Old Town. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Our room was very clean, specially the restroom. The air conditioner was nice and cool, needed it with the heat outside.
I believe the young lady up front name is, Katrina, she was very friendly and helpful. She showed us our room and gave us explanations to the property and its amenities.
Met the owner and his beautiful family who made a couple of recommendations.
Would definitely go again.

We appreciated the welcome, the food and the location. The room was a bit small but the view made up for it 100%. Black out blinds would be useful since we had the road lights shining through. The location for the price was perfect.

Warning!
This is not a beach hotel. It is right on the ocean, but there is no real beach. There are steps down a cliff to some rocks and a tiny strip of sand.
The hotel listed beach loungers and beach umbrellas on their amenities list.
They have (or had) pictures of cute blue and white striped beach umbrellas.
When we arrived, we asked where the beach loungers were. They said there were some down on the public beach.
After I had asked about them and complained to Expedia about the false advertising, the hotel quickly removed the loungers and umbrellas from their amenities list to try to hide the evidence of their false advertising.
Expedia said there was nothing they could do unless the hotel agreed to a refund. I explained the situation and showed the description (which they had forgotten to edit after my complaint).
The hotel finally gave us a partial refund, but it’s crazy that Expedia refused to make the situation right.
The hotel was also falling apart and the one night we stayed since we had nowhere else to go, it was impossible to sleep because the steel doors slamming all night were extremely loud.
I highly suggest you stay away from this place and I will never book with Expedia again after they backed up this false advertising by the hotel over their customers.
