Theta is a fine place to stay, very near the Atki Miaouli (nice places for breakfast) and an easy walk to all the sights, without being surrounded by tour groups. Very comfortable room, with a fine bathroom.

Nearly new, very nice, comfortable. Great location for visiting the old town area. Our sea view room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the venetian wall. Free public parking across the street.

Amazing value and comfort with an ocean view!
It was an amazing stay with Theta Hotel and we enjoyed everything about the place, the owner. It had a great view of the sea, steps from Old town and overall very very convenience to cafes, restaurants, bar,s etc. The room we booked also had a jacuzzi tub and it was really nice to use after coming home.

This is a fabulous place to stay! I highly recommend it! The room was bigger than any other boutique hotel I have stayed. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I stay in hotels all over the world most of the year. George is fabulous to work with. He was there to meet me when I arrived and showed me everything I needed to know about the hotel, my room, and the area. And the hotel is located in a great location just a short walk along the bay to the famous Venetian port of Chania.
