"Room was nice clean But no toiletries other than soaps. Liquid soap was finished . There was hair dryer . Very nice wash rooms and very neat and clean . Convenient location , shuttle service superb . 24/7 reception desk available . Everything was perfect ."

"Great budget friendly option to stay whilst waiting for your next flight… the staff were helpful and the room was clean… I’m sure I read beforehand that it was soundproofed (which I’m sure it is to an extent) but it takes a lot to soundproof those planes taking off and light sleepers may struggle"

"Hotel in airport made early flight less stressful since could walk to gate. Room spacious but touchy shower hard to not be too hot. Carpet was gritty but room was clean otherwise. The restaurant was a different matter. Service was terrible, slow and inattentive. Have a captive clientele and their indifference showed from start to finish. Two hours to have dinner with 40 minutes before any food brought to the table. Had escargot appetizer which was awful in presentation and quality. Have been to Sheraton in Frankfort which was great experience. The Paris location could learn a lot from it."

"A basic hotel room , which was clean . Minimal furnishings. Mattress was ok . Convenient for airport access with proximity to airport internal train . Soap containers in room had not been refilled . Very good breakfast ."

"The staff at the Mercure Hotel are wonderful -- courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are "compact" and altho' clean and well-organized, they feel confining. That said, the A/C is wonderful! Food at the restaurant is quite good, altho' the wine selection could use an upgrade."
