Everything was perfect. The place was clean, it was a nice neighborhood with no noise. And the host was great at laying everything out and communicating during the process. It felt very safe and comforting. Overall it’s definitely a 5/5 stars from me!

Beautiful property

We were in the Chantilly area for a wedding and the condo was great. Lots of social space, gorgeous kitchen, and the rooms were spacious. It was a short cab ride to the metro and really easy to navigate the subway. I would definitely go back.

Comfortable Townhome

The property is relatively new and in good condition. The location is in a nice neighborhood with access to shopping and dining. While the physical plant is great, the carpets are in need of a good cleaning, and the cooking pots and pans are in need of replacement. The photo on the website shows a supply of paper products for the kitchen and bath, but for us the shelves were empty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Place as Described

Nice neighborhood. Seemed safe and quiet. Central location to everything. House itself is great. Could use more towels as a family of 5 I had to wash towels every day so we had some for the next day as there was only 6 towels provided. We only cooked one night and discovered there are no large dishes to put the food in like pasta or salad. Other than that it was clean and just as described. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

As advertised, this is a new unit with all the expected amenities. Very convenient are for us, near Dulles, Silver Line Metro station and many dining options. Beds were very comfortable and communications with owner were excellent. We’d certainly stay here again.

Very nice townhouse

This was a great location for our visit to the nation's capital. Easy access, but note that the rental is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs (got my steps in, though!) A lot of good local eating options including Anita's and Mission BBQ. Our only complaint was that it took the first night to really cool it down, due to the hot weather. The owner quickly responded to our communications. Overall, a great experience.

We came to Virginia for a week to attend a wedding and to visit family. This condo made the perfect home base for everything we had to do! The space was ample, the kitchen was great, the bedrooms were spacious enough for our needs (kids each got their own room and husband & I shared the primary suite), and the amenities overall were stellar. The check-in/check-out process was super easy; the owner even has a very helpful website with all of the instructions and house rules!, and was very communicative whenever we had a question. Our only complaint would be that there's no landing at the entry door, and it swings out into the hallway, so it made it kind of awkward to enter/exit the property as there is no stair rail on those last 3 steps; though it isn't a big enough deal that it would stop us from booking this condo again during future visits. Overall we are very happy with our decision to stay here and look forward to returning soon!

My biggest complaint and reason for 3 stars is there were not enough towels. 3 bedrooms should have a MINIMUM of each - 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels and 6 washcloths. I noticed this was a complaint in years past from other guests and is still a problem. We had 5 women staying there and being chintzy with the towels was a big negative for us. We flew in to town so we are not in a position to bring our own towels. Otherwise, great place to stay. Clean! Close to amenities, Dulles Airport and Reston Town Center. Things to note....a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly or injured, the main level is actually the second level and the bedrooms are on the third level. It was fine for us but my mom did not love it. Box fans were provided which is a huge win for us since our family sleeps with box fans at home:)
