"Every hardware and service are super in 5 star rating. However, one major problem is the room service we asked for was a big down turn. We called the room service thr night before for in room breakfast delivered next morning at 9 to 930am. They said the are closed and we have to call again the next morning. Therefore we called them by 6:30am for such service to be delivered by 9 to 930am. By 925am we called again and the lady said she missed it and said it woyld take another 30 mins!!! No way. We have to leave and catch the train. We accepted the delay and we were having a rush check out. Therefore, ine big down point is the poor room service that we received at the last hour of our stay in this hotel"
