"The condo is gorgeous, very clean and well stocked. One of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in. Communication was difficult and this could be improved by having a phone number to call or text instead of relying on email. It took days and almost a dozen emails to get late check out approved. We were not advised until check in day that pool was not usable. But would stay again in a heartbeat because of the comfort, beauty and amenities the condo provides."

"The bed had a plastic cover without a mattress pad making it very warm, Good AC in bedroom. Showers never got warm, just better than cold even running it a long time as suggested. Couldn’t have a better location being only 1 block from the malecon. "

"Just two blocks from the lakefront, close to everything. Erika was so nice and helpful, made everything easy. Not much hot water but the tap water isn't really cold. I would recommend staying here for a few days in Chapala"

"The Casa Caroline Bella is a beautifully maintained house, perfect for our son's wedding that took place near by at the Garden of Dreams Boutique Hotel. It provided a great place for family and friends to meet, visit and relax between all the wedding events. The house is also close to the center of the town so we were able to walk everywhere. Everyone loved it!"

"We had an excelllent two night stay. It’s a beautiful small hotel, centrally located, within a short walk to restaurants,shopping, and with a rooftop terrace that has an amazing view of the town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-decorated. The staff was great and super helpful. The owner Elizabeth introduced herself at the delicious complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch of hospitality. It was a perfect stay in Ajijic and I would highly recommend it to a friend! "

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing and delicious. I recommend the chilaquiles and their pancakes. The hotel itself had a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtful touches that made it feel special and unique. One of the best parts of this hotel is its prime location—just a short walk to local stores, restaurants, and shops, and incredibly close to El Malecón, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm! Muchas gracias a Santiago, who treated us like family when we were there. "
