"The telephone, lamp does not work, you need to go everytime in the reception and ask, room floor is so dirty that if you walk around bare foot, your feer would get black dirty. Tv remote dont work."

"We called and asked about the hot tub if it was up and running. They said it was but didnt say it was lukewarm, the jets were broken and the safety poles were pulled out of the ground. That was a safety hazard right there. Not a fun experience at all. But a shout out to Maria at the bar who’s a sweetheart and made us feel welcome with a warm greeting. Please fix your amenities as we only stay there because of the hot tub. Will consider the other sonesta on Bellew drive next time. We are regulars so would appreciate your comments on the above issues. Best regards "

"Ghetto place with ghetto people blasting music all night mid week because they don’t care about anyone or anything. This is where homeless or borderline homeless hood rats stay so if you want sleep and to not need a weapon don’t stay here. The people are so ghetto and inconsiderate they even let there kids run around screaming all night. Horrible. Ants in the room and rock for a bed. "
